Salam Dear Abed2,

The percussion instruments were not used inside the mosque's prayer area. The performers only vocalized. There was a typo in the post which was corrected. Thank you for pointing that out.

For the piano lead-in harmony "prior to" the lecture or Quran recitation in our videos, please help us understand your concern by providing and sourcing a ruling (حكم) of Fiqh (Islamic Legislation) on this question, and the evidence/proof (دليل) that the scholar or scholars used to come to their ruling. This will provide for a more solid discussion based on scholarly evidence rather than personal taste, opinion, or opinion acquired based on cultural norms and social influence.

Kind Regards

“Poems in Praise of Prophet Mohammed” by Noor Ensemble....Performers may use percussion instruments.

This is ridiculous,, musical instruments in the mosque…which companion did that or allowed that….is this the way the companions showed their love to the prophet???? Subhan Allah
This is a BIDHA; this is the Suffia way…All the organizers and the people who invited this guy will asked about this…

One more thing, this for the web designer…why including piano and dramatic music before all the lectures and the Quran recitation? Subhan Allah, Subhan Allah, Subhan Allah
Fear Allah

Assalamu Alaikum,

I agree with JallowF. The imam does a wonderful job during taraweeh prayer, MashAllah. It would be great if there were some du'aa, please. JAK

Assalamu Alaikum,

The sheikh who leads the Taraweeh Prayers does a great job, m.A. I was wondering if it would be possible for him to include du'aa during Salat Witr. As it is Ramadan I feel it would be very nice to end taraweeh in a congregational du'aa.
