    Dear Webmaster

Would you kindly remove MOLTFI comments about me which is insulting and will damage my reputation as a good human being.

This is a feedback form about mosque not a discussion forum to attack individuals. I strongly resent his comments

    Thank you

I agree with Nuha, we all ladies have to observe and respect the rules of Mosque and our Islamic values especially in the Mosque. Also we have to understand and repect other cultures of international worshippers who visit the Mosque. It is nothing wrong, if a man was talking to a women who was serving the food. we are living in Western world not in Morocco. Hence there is no need to make a big fuss about this. I visit mosque regularly and am happy and very proud to visit a place like Yousuf Mosque. May Allah bless and give long and prosperous life to all those who volunteer at the Mosque.

    Eid Mubarak to you all

      Sister Abida,
May Allah forgive you, you should think lot before writing :
” we are living in Western world not in Morocco”

Islam is Islam in Morocco, Egypt, USA anywhere.

couple years ago I was working as a banquet server in a Jewish synagogue, I was surprised that women sit down for dinner separated of men.

I saw some sisters in lot of mosques they wear Hijab when they enter the mosque, as soon as they exit they took it off, my question is :

Who are you fearing ? people ? the mosque ???
If you believe that Allah ordered you to wear Hijab, fear Him, you know that he is watching you everywhere you are.
      Thanks

        Dear Mlotfi

I didn’t mean to point out or put down any country, that was simply figure of speech. Regarding Hijab who wears in the mosque and don’t wear outside or after prayer. It is their choice what they want to do.

        Here are your comments

Who are you fearing ? people ? the mosque ???“
If you believe that Allah ordered you to wear Hijab, fear Him, you know that he is watching you everywhere you are.

Are you attacking me personally? as I said before, it is individual choice, therefore you or anyone else cann’t force on people. Don’t worry let them answer to ALLAH.

Regarding “Jewish synagogue” example, I don’t understand why you have to mention that to me. What is your point on that. We ladies sit seperately in the Mosque, therefore there is no need to bring that up.

Very discouraging, as matter of fact I would like to talk to you in person to clear the misunderstanding you have about me.

I am really upset with something that is happening in the masjed during the iftar. I saw many time women with uncovered hear!!
In the masjed I beleive it is a must for the women to cover their hear as a respect to the masjed.
Also there is a man going in and out I know there are some of the staff member whom have to go to the kitchen which is fine, however there is a man I really not sure about his name but he don’t speak Arabic he is overdoing that speaking with woman serving them a lot come on! and that there were women even laughing with him loudly others were watching and I was like “are we in the masjed or where??!!“
Lastly I can see that women with babies and kids are not well come that is fine but it is not fair poor them they miss the prayers because there is no place for them!! I used to go to a marocco masjed where they are happy with kids and there is even a room for them to do some activities “Islamic things” especially kids they need to see what we do in ramadan. But Unfortunately they are considered as annoying!! Thank you for reading my post and sorry if I were a bit aggressive.

    Dear Web master

Would you kindly add prayer times to the Yousuf Mosque website please. I try to login, to make sugestions and give feedback on mosque website and had problem logging in, it took me to NextGen data capturing form, very disappointed. I dislike giving out lot of details to NextGen. Would you kindly look into this please.

Also I would like to volunteer during the month of Ramadan, who should I contact?

Ramadan Month Mubarak to all Boston Muslims

Poems in Praise of Prophet Mohammed” by Noor Ensemble.…Performers may use percussion instruments.

This is ridiculous„ musical instruments in the mosque…which companion did that or allowed that….is this the way the companions showed their love to the prophet???? Subhan Allah
This is a BIDHA; this is the Suffia way…All the organizers and the people who invited this guy will asked about this…

One more thing, this for the web designer…why including piano and dramatic music before all the lectures and the Quran recitation? Subhan Allah, Subhan Allah, Subhan Allah
    Fear Allah

    • YUSUF MOSQUE says:

      Salam Dear Abed2,

The percussion instruments were not used inside the mosque’s prayer area. The performers only vocalized. There was a typo in the post which was corrected. Thank you for pointing that out.

For the piano lead-in harmony prior to the lecture or Quran recitation in our videos, we will look into it and address appropriately.

      Kind Regards

The Sheik currently recites a beautiful and extremely relevant dua(Qunoot)to the daily Witr prayer. Its an excellent way to close out the Qiyam prayers every day.

    Assalamu Alaikum,

The sheikh who leads the Taraweeh Prayers does a great job, m.A. I was wondering if it would be possible for him to include du’aa during Salat Witr. As it is Ramadan I feel it would be very nice to end taraweeh in a congregational du’aa.
