Quran Reading & Memorization Classes For Children

YUSUF MOSQUE is pleased to offer for your children the opportunity to learn how to read the Quran properly and a warm and encouraging environment to memorize the last section of the Quran. The classes will be conducted weekly every Sunday morning starting October 11, 2009 at 10 AM. If you’re a parent interested in taking advantage of this opportunity or know someone who will be interested please let us know at the mosque. Make sure you bring your kids anytime after Maghrib in order for the Sheikh to briefly test them and place them in the appropriate level. Sheikh Abdel Monem is a volunteer at the mosque and has an extensive experience teaching Quran reading and memorization for children and adults alike.

    salam 3laykom everybody,
    The Qura’an and memorization class is a very wonderful idea,but I have a suggestion toward the time as if you could make it either Saturday afternoon or on Sundays which is better.The reason for that is that alot of kids that who love to come for this class are either attending weekend Arabic school or having sport activities on Saturday’s morning which won’t allow them to attend the class…
    I’m waiting for your reply and please take this in cocedrations as my kids attend Arabic weekend school and they memorize Qura’an ‚but if they could do it with shiekh Abdelmin3m that would be great…Jazakom Allah khayran.

      Dana Salam, we have changed the time slot of the class from Saturday mornings to Sunday mornings based on your feedback. Indeed, kids usually have sport activities on Saturday morning. We hope Sunday mornings will work out for the rest.
